Indian newspapers are just reporting that PricewaterhouseCoopers is setting up a service delivery centre in the western Indian metropolis Kolkata, a first of its kind entity for the global network and (interestingly) a joint venture between PwC in India, Australia, Canada, the U.K. and the US. The goal is to provide selected client service and financial and accounting back-office support to all global PwC network firms.
