Ian Powell, the head of PricewaterhouseCoopers UK does not appear to be the sort of man who is easily worried. So it’s interesting when he’s telling the Financial Times (http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/ae1dda50-71b1-11df-8eec-00144feabdc0.html) that he wants to see some “ground rules” on any changes to competition rules affecting the Big Four accounting firms in the UK.
