Accenture's (ACN) stock price currently is $31.55 per share, down modestly from its 52-week high of $33.05 set on 27 February 2006, and up sharply from its 52-week low of $21.00 set on 13 May 2005, just 9 months ago....

Low attrition rate and people development should be taken into consideration when talking about Accenture. I think Accenture has the uncanny ability to attract top talent (i.e. experienced hires) who eventually become market makers.
